The prices of the Products sold on the Site are expressed in Euros. They may be subject to change without notice. Changes only apply to orders not yet submitted on the date of the change.

Shipping costs, within Italy, are borne by the Seller for a minimum shopping cart of €200.

In case of multiple purchases requiring extra-large packaging, shipping costs may incur an additional charge, which will be communicated directly to the customer at the time of package shipment, as shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package. We kindly ask the Customer to review this information before proceeding with the purchase.

All orders placed on the Site are shipped via FEDEX, DHL, GLS courier from our main office in Italy.
We use DHL's GoGreen program aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our activities and protecting the ecosystem.
 

Items are shipped within 1/2 days, from Monday to Friday, starting from the Order confirmation. No shipments are made on public holidays. 

Delivery by Christmas is guaranteed for orders placed by December 16th. 

As required by customs procedures, all shipments directed to countries outside the European Union are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of individual items.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with DIVINCENZOBOUTIQUE.COM and therefore commit to accepting delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
