Divincenzo Srl adopts all the security measures provided for by the Privacy Code to protect the collected data, in order to avert the risks of loss or theft of data, unauthorized access, illicit and incorrect uses. However, Divincenzo Srl cannot guarantee its users that the measures adopted for the security of the website and the transmission of data and information on the website are able to limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or data dispersion by devices belonging to the user. For this reason, we suggest to website users to ensure that their computer is equipped with appropriate software for the protection of data transmission over the network (e.g. updated antiviruses) and that their Internet Provider has adopted suitable measures for the security of data transmission over the network.
Users can exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code at any time, in order to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same provision, the user may also request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.

The request for the information listed above can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except for cases where there is a just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to violation of the law; cancellation of data that cannot be used for the reasons for which they were collected.
