Returns & Replacements

divincenzoboutique.com aims to ensure the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, only the amount of the returned products will be refunded, net of shipping costs, which will be communicated during the request phase and deducted from the refund value.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Except for any temporary promotions. For orders placed during the Christmas period from 01/12 to 24/12, the return period is extended to 30 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to divincenzoboutique.com, the Customer must comply with precise conditions:
A) - The returned items must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
B) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be adequately packaged and packed.
C) - All garment labels, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
D) - The goods to be returned must be physically and exclusively delivered to the GLS or FEDEX, DHL Express Courier no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
E) - Customers who wish to exchange a size, color, or item must initiate the return procedure and place a new order.


In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, divincenzoboutique.com reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must make the request by logging into their profile and clicking make a return on the order they wish to return. Alternatively, if not registered, they must send a request to returns@divincenzoboutique.com. The email must specify the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, the customer service of divincenzoboutique.com will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow, within 24 hours of sending the request.
B) - The shipping cost and any customs duties for the return will be borne by the Customer. These will be communicated during the return process and deducted from the purchase value, except for defective items or errors in sending the products.

The shipment is at the Customer's risk: divincenzoboutique.com is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type.
All returned items will be inspected by the staff of divincenzoboutique.com who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure, reserving the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the return conditions and communicated to the Customer.

REFUND

If the return procedure has been performed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The due refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
